I had an amazing holiday in Sharm el Sheik. It was my second time there and the beauty of the Red Sea with its beautiful coral reefs and colourful fish has not faded one bit!

Talking about fish makes me remember the amazing restaurants where you can order some of the best seafood dishes I've ever tasted!

During a cold winter we decided to take a break from work and go on a relaxing holiday.

We were looking for a sunny travel destination but didn't want to spend too much so we decided it was either going to be Tunisia or Egypt. We went with Tunisia.

Egypt is a beautiful country with a very fascinating Arab culture. Walking through the streets you will see the women in their traditional clothing who look at you with a mixture of curiosity and disbelief.

The contrast between the traditional Egyptian culture and the tourist resorts created around Naama Bay is huge and you will pass from sacret places to wild party scenes where young people dance to modern Arab beats while having a great time.

Of course it's not all happiness and talking to some of the local guys was really interesting.

After several trips to what I call the most facinating continent on this planet I had the chance to revisit Africa last November.

I had been on a humanitarian mission to Tanzania where I stayed for three weeks and I also had been to Senegal in 2007 but this time I would finally get to see the amazing country that is Kenya.

I didn't get to see very much of Tunisia but I did visit the local markets, something that I would really recommend if you want to taste a bit of the local ways and traditional practices.

It will be a tough job to get your right price from the merchants at the market but with a little bit of practice you will be able to figure out the unsaid rules and ways to bargain for the right...
