During our holiday in Western Australia my boyfriend and I rented a car in Broome and drove all the way to Perth to explore the beautiful coastal towns and sites of this raw diamond state. Monkey Mia was one of the first places we visited and it's also one of the more popular travel destinations for its entertaining Monkey Mia Dolphin Resort. Besides being a great place to stay right on the beach the Monkey Mia Dolphin Resort is also the home of a group of wild dolphins who come to the beach every morning in search of food. The dolphins discovered the Monkey Mia Dolphin Resort many years ago but are part of the hotel's daily feeding show today. Around 6 in the morning tourists and resort guests can join the resort's dolphin feeders to satisfy the hungry and playful creatures. Eventhough it has become a fixed tourist attraction in Monkey Mia the feeding was a lot of fun and you could see the dolphins swimming from the ocean towards the beach where they would meet eachother, just in time for breakfast! Definitately a must stay at resort if you're travelling with kids or are a Australian wildlife lover yourself. Did you enjoy Feeding at Monkey Mia Dolphin Resort and have you been on a holiday in Monkey Mia, Australia?
