We visited Kathmandu in august and had booked our two weeks holiday at the Mirabelle Hotel through a deal we found on the internet. The rooms were really nice and comfortable. The location was also pretty good and we could easily walk to the main attractions in Kathmandu without having to use our tourist guide.

I didn't have a hard time finding the Mirabelle Hotel, it was one of the first hotels I found online and it turned out to be a great choice! At night the receptioniste helped us find this great bistro just outside the hotel, excellent!

We stayed at the Ambassador Garden Home Hotel near the city centre of Kathmandu. The rooms were clean and spacious, a great overall stay.

We stayed in Kathmandu for 7 days and decided to book ahead at the Mountain Resort because of the high season period. In the end I was happy we did as the hotel was fully booked upon arrival! We had a pleasent stay and I would definitely book again the next time we visit Kathmandu.

During our holiday in Kathmandu we stayed at the Hotel Visit Nepal. The hotel was fine and the service good. The rooms were tidy and cleaned every day. A pleasent stay!

Nice and practical hotel in Kathmandu with good parking facilities. Our room was tidy, clean and had a nice city view. The Ambassador Garden Home Hotel has an ok location but we used our car most of the time to get from one place to another so I wouldn't know about the public transport network. We did see a lot of buses driving around in the city centre so I guess the different attractions are pretty good connected.

The Hotel Visit Nepal made my stay in Kathmandu perfect! I wanted to surprise my wife with a candle lit dinner and the staff helped me arrange everything which I'll never forget. The room was very nice with a great eye for decoration. Would definitely recommend!

Travelling by car I was pleased to see that the The Shankar Hotel had enough parking space around the hotel to park my car. The location is pretty good so when visiting Kathmandu you don't need to drive but you can also walk. The room and service was also good.

Me and my collegue booked two rooms at the The Shankar Hotel during our business trip to Kathmandu. Unfortunately we didn't get to see a lot of the city but the hotel facilities were good so the next time I have to head to Kathmandu for business I would definitely stay at the The Shankar Hotel again.

Attentive staff, nice room and a lot of tourist information available. The Mirabelle Hotel made our stay in Kathmandu perfect.
