Reviews: The apartments and rooms were clean and a decent size. They were equipped with everything that we needed for the week i.e. cups , plates , bedding , taxi-service , etc . The location was a right outside of downtown and it was easy to catch the tram to other parts of Amsterdam. Housekeeping and hosts were nice and helpful. They help we had a great stay to enjoy Amsterdam.. Thank you so much. Loved it not too touristy at all and a great private space. This is a very good place if you are travelling by car because you can park the car 10 minutes walk for free. Cheaper than Euro 5 per hour in the historic centre Our landlorda's priority is to let the Apartments for residency for indefinite time and duty to register. For living you can contact European Apartments MMC b.v. Please note: - The host also require a refundable Key-deposit to pay within 24 hours after reservation. Your credit card is no secure booking. - The host will send you 3 extra emails with an explanation as to how to pay the Key-deposit through PAYPAL money services and will provide you with pictures and conditions. Guests are required to respond to this email within 24 hours. - The Key-deposit will be refunded through PAYPAL to your credit card account on the day of departure once you return the keys and clean rooms. Your host offer cleaning service after your stay. - You drop the keys in the letter box on location before 11.00 am on the day of departure. - After your Key-deposit is received , a receipt voucher and instructions how to collect keys will be send by the hosts by e-mail. Guests have to re-confirm the exact time of key collection. - The paid Key-deposit minus booking costs will be refund when cancelled in time 7 days prior to the arrival date. In case of a no show or late cancellation this Key-deposit is non-refundable. - The host prefer you pay for the stay by international bank transfer 7 days prior to arrival.
