My last travel adventure was quite impulsive and while I was on a holiday in Canada me and my friends decided to leave for a roadtrip and cruise all the way to Alaska.

We all agreed it would be the road trip of a lifetime and we were right! We hired a campervan and did some groceries for the upcoming two weeks.

A great day trip from downtown San Francisco and a legendary one at the same time would be the Alcatraz Prison tour.

Just a ferry ride away from the city there's Alcatraz Island and ok it might be less scary than the shocking prison stories told about this island haunted by white sharks and extreme currents, it still is a must visit for any tourist!

Every now and then I travel down to Chicago for business and stay their for a couple of days. I also have a good time their and often stay for the weekend as well.

My company usually bookes their rooms at the Ritz-Carlton in Chicago, a very comfortable and outstanding Four Season's hotel.

This year my girlfriend and I went on a holiday to the USA and combined a week in New York with a road trip on the West Coast driving down from San Francisco to Los Angeles.

New York was a first time for me and I loved it! We had great weather, the people were really nice and there was so much to see I don't know where to begin!

We also made a trip by ferry to see the Statue of Liberty and the New York City skyline which was really cool and again the sky was clear blue so the pictures turned out perfect.
